Björkhaga serves lunch, prepares tasting menus, and organizes banquet buffets with love and respect for the ingredients. The cuisine is classic, featuring many locally sourced ingredients and our own game processing facility. We create everything from scratch; the food should feel authentic and be presented in a beautiful and appealing way. We focus heavily on the overall experience—the dinner should feel thoughtfully curated in every detail, from the table setting to the food and wine.
